      Pros

      Great product. Great people. Fun office vibe. Deals are fun to work because we get to sell to people in the roles we hope to have after our days as AEs are behind us. The leaders here care deeply about their people and push themselves to provide support that helps the team make target. It's rare that you will find leaders who are more committed to the whole person and the team rather than just the number.

      Cons

      A fun sale but not an easy sale. Even sales professionals who have excelled at other companies can find it difficult to stick the landing here. I believe the intentions and effort are there but we could certainly do more to enable get people up to speed quickly.

      Pros

      - Amazing leadership (from C-suite to frontline managers) who are always happy to lend a helping hand and are open in their communication - Don't dread coming to work everyday - Outstanding TA team who have done a great job of assembling a team of people that are fun to work alongside - Leadership in EMEA have curated a special environment and there's a great buzz around the place - Nice perks (free lunch, transport expense, paid parking, free snacks)

      Cons

      - There's been talk of it for a while but wish they'd match pension contributions
