Gong is hands-down one of the best companies I have worked in, and I look forward to being here for a long time. 3 key things for me: 1. Culture and people: A great culture with super-talented people who take work seriously, but not themselves. Great camaraderie with the ethos of #winasateam and also seen in all customer conversations as we look to create raving fans. Our Dublin office in particular is popular across the globe for its fun-filled culture! 2. Product: I am blown away by the quality and speed-to-output of the product here and our Product/R&D teams are second to none in Tech. And hence a strong impact and natural pull is created for the company across the go-to-market tech stack. 3. Massive learning and growth opportunity: I believe I am learning significantly in my job day-in and day-out! Starts at the top with top-class leaders in place who care personally and set the bar high for performance. Especially experienced this in Ireland where it’s a much smaller office (start-up within a scale-up!), and people wear many hats and have the unique opportunity to make an impact outside their core roles.
