      Haven't found any cons yet?! Hmmm... What about Pumbaa (newest office puppy) being so cute that he distracts you sometimes from your work?! Or — what about that time we ran out of avocados for 15-mins? I mean — that was a HUGE con for me! I really wanted my avocado toast and had to wait! : )) On a serious note — so happy you've become a Gongster!! It's people like you that make our culture amazing (I'm just assuming you're amazing because we only hire amazing people but I actually don't know who you are!). If you want to try and find some cons to discuss — talk to me about avocados in the kitchen and then I'll know your identity : ) Not really a huge avocado toast guy but 2 glasses of wine down (9 pm) and trying to be funny, Eric Lindroos

      - Amazing product with a huge market potential - Strong internal processes and tools - Motivated and hard working execs who share vision clearly and also hustle every day and are present for the front lines - Fun, quirky brand that creates raving fans - Absurdly high NPS and Client Satisfaction scores - Insanely fast organic growth + net positive churn

      Growing and hiring so fast that I can't remember everyone's names!

      As long as you remember Doug (golden retriever puppy) and Duke (cute little puppy that always barks when you're trying to have a serious conversation!) — you'll be fine!! Kindly, A fan of both puppies (but I only went kayaking with one and am a little bias!)

      Great Company, Great Culture, Great Product

      Pros

      - The culture is one of a kind, no matter what role you're in you always feel like you're part of the larger vision - The leadership team is great and always open to new ideas - The product is pretty cool. It's never an "easy sell", but customers seem truly excited about what we're building - Since Gong is still growing and a young(ish) company, you get to wear multiple hats and collaborate across teams - Money isn't everything, but the SF/Bay Area is expensive, comp is pretty good

      Cons

      - With any startup, there are always some growing pains on what systems to use, how to implement strategies, etc.

I totally agree that we have a ton of amazing opportunities here — so make sure you're blocking calendars with leadership to discuss them — because they're yours for the taking!
