Pros

Excellent product, best in class, by far. With the widespread adoption of AI though, revenue intelligence might become comoditized soon Great benefits - lunch, recharge days, company events Fast-track opportunities for BDRs aiming to move into AE roles. Some genuinely talented colleagues.

Cons

Pay is below industry standards. I personally took a significant pay cut (-€40k/year) to join. Mandatory 3 days/week in-office, with additional days required at EOM/EOQ. Key decisions are made in the US, often leaving EMEA without proper alignment or support. For example, US books of business generate 40% more revenue, yet targets and book sizes are the same. High-pressure environment with gaslighting normalized, especially in sales. Reps are blamed for systemic issues, despite many being top performers in previous roles. Constant organizational changes—roles, segmentation, and targets shift yearly, creating instability and frustration. Favoritism and corporate politics are prevalent.

Collaborative Environment: The culture promotes teamwork and knowledge-sharing, making it easy to grow and learn from colleagues. Great Leadership: Management genuinely cares about employee growth, frequently offering career development opportunities and support. Work-Life Balance: There’s a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with flexibility around remote work and personal time off. Competitive Compensation: Salaries and benefits are above industry average, with great perks and incentives. Strong Values: The company’s commitment to transparency, diversity, and inclusion is evident in every aspect of the business.

Cons

Fast-Paced Growth: While the rapid growth is exciting, it can sometimes lead to challenges in keeping up with processes and changes. Cross-team Communication: In a large organization, communication across departments can be tricky at times, requiring extra effort to stay aligned. Workload Peaks: During peak periods, workloads can be heavy, and burnout may become a concern if not managed properly.
