      My team is the best. We have gone through our shares of ups and downs the past few months with the RIF and other economic woes but we have managed to stay positive and pull together as a team thanks to the TA Leadership

      Cons

      The RIF was hard on TA as almost 65% of our team has been cut. It was tough adjusting to being stretched a little more thin than normal and some different processes with no coordinators or sourcers, just us

      Good pay and lots of friendships to be made!

      Things feel pretty stuck right now. Not many promotions available and a ton of great candidates up for them. No spots available. Makes growth feel tough.

      Pros

      You are surrounded by brilliant people who are amazing at what they do, consistently executing, and always raising the bar. One of Gong's values is Create Raving Fans and that really is at the center of every initiative. The culture is welcoming and fun, pay is great, and the people all truly lift each other up.

      Cons

      Things move very quickly and the product is constantly evolving, which is amazing, but it can be overwhelming to keep up with everything going on. Priorities shift frequently so it's important to adapt quickly and not get attached to certain projects.
