      Highs and Lows but overall great

      My team is the best. We have gone through our shares of ups and downs the past few months with the RIF and other economic woes but we have managed to stay positive and pull together as a team thanks to the TA Leadership

      Cons

      The RIF was hard on TA as almost 65% of our team has been cut. It was tough adjusting to being stretched a little more thin than normal and some different processes with no coordinators or sourcers, just us

      Unfortunate changes

      Pros

      Great product. Second to none. Must have for companies who want to understand what’s happening across their customer interactions to be competitive and make intelligent decisions for their business.

      Cons

      Ever since the beginning of this fiscal year, Gong demoted the entire Mid-Market Team to a new segment that’s really SMB, and promoted the Senior Commercial Team to Mid-Market (the new SMB). The former mid-market team was abandoned and demoted. They’ve been slowly leaving Gong since.

That’s not the case. In fact, the MM team has never been so important to Gong. We’re constantly listening to our teams to understand what’s working and what can be improved. In this case, we incorporated team feedback to improve MM lead volume, the TAM definition, and standardize our processes.
