The motto is Como Familia, but you cannot treat other co workers as Como Familia there without being accused of giving out information. It’s a hostile, unhealthy work environment. Most places want their employees to get along and build their teams, but not there. You have to put a front on just to get through your days if you want to last there. Too much of their family politics involved and they let people go left and right affecting their employees livelihoods. Their family doesn’t get along and if they feel you’re nicer to one than the other then they let you go. Some of the family is on payroll and don’t have to show up to work, they stay home to investigate employees personal lives. Very sad for those who actually love their families. Very unprofessional place to work.

No work/life balance if you are a manager or supevisor. The owner and upper management is very distrustful of each other and all the employees. They also seem to be ethically challenged.
