Only if you kiss the bosses butt, only then you would move up, very politically driven place if your not voting like everyone is then you are singled out

Horrible place to work, got to be related to a Gonzaba to move up or do a lot of brown nosing

There is a lot to learn from regular family practice to urgent care and different specialties.

Cons

Does not pay well for seasoned nurses or medical assistant. The turn around is horrible. The management is very pushy and does not take your work load seriously so they continuously add more.
