      Pros

      In the process I had the opportunity to decent people.

      Cons

      Unless you have no morals your not getting anything from this company. Patients get taken advantage of since alot of them are uneducated. I see fraudulent issues all over this company with Medicare and other government insurances.

      Pros

      Mission of providing quality care to patients happened every day in the clinics. Attention to senior population was rewarding.

      Cons

      Management team was always changing. No one stays in place for long enough to make a difference - and not sure they could anyway. Very top down management -- and even they change their minds! Vey confusing to work in.

      Pros

      Oppertunities for advancement are everywhere being part of GMG allows us to explore and grow with in our company which is a Big plus and usually why people stay with Gonzaba Medical Group for a long time.

      Cons

      Parking is hectic for employes but we do have a busy clinic and we share a parking lot with patients but our patients come first so we park as far as we can to allow our patients closer parking spaces

With the Gonzaba Event Center opening recently and the relocation of several departments to that locations, the parking situation at the Main Clinic will get better within the next few months.
