The company is constantly growing, is employee-centric, empowered by open-minded leadership and team members that are driven to be the best.

Cons

Because the company is rapidly growing, wearing multiple hats is required. This is less of a con really, as it exposes team members to different areas that they may not otherwise have exposure. This often gives way to discovering untapped strengths that allow for movement within the organization.
