Staff and residents made the experience very nice.

Cons

If a caller asked about an employee or former employee. Manager would say is this off the record? Then bash the employee. Even if it wasn’t strictly true. I asked about it. She said “took it personally when people had quit.” There are a lot of reasons to leave a job . It is not the boss. They team there are so wonderful.

The residents were always amazing, the workers ranged in dependability and efficacy but for the most part was on the higher end.
