Pros

The only pros are the residents. That's the only reason I go to work.

Cons

Poor pay, favoritism, non caring staff. For Christmas it was "the favorites" that won the gift cards. For Christmas the part time people got 6 small pieces of meat, others got a whole box. CNA's work without being certified, too much gossip and very bad communication among staff and departments. Claims to be a Christian workplace, then act like it.

-faith based, encourages prayer -small campus -nice co workers -monthly inservice training -yearly christmas bonus (based on hrs worked) -nice starting pay for aides

Cons

Some of the cons for working there include -poor management -lack of communication -old technology, needs to be revamped
