None come to mind. Opportunity to work with sweet clients.

Cons

Terrible benefits, complete hypocrisy on display daily as they make little to no effort at living out their motto. Might as well be Bank of America.

Pros

I have worked in several types of environments, but this one is by far the BEST I have ever had! The love, respect and care for the residents surpasses anywhere else. I have observed some amazing people loving what they do and who they work for! From the Administrator on down, everyone chips in whenever necessary to accomplish the goals of the residents.

Cons

Since we are a non-profit 501(C)3 we rely on the kindness of others for donations to our projects. We have amazing staff and community members who support our extra activities, but sometimes it takes longer then what people have patience for to come to fruition.
