Pros

Residents and their families are usually very nice to work with. Obviously there will be times where there can be challenges; that’s a given. But it truly was the best part of the job. There is one truly helpful manager who shows that he cares. He would actually be hard to find because he’d never be in his office and would always be helping us out on the floor! He’s a leader!

Cons

Toxic toxic toxic! Little to no support from management. There are only managers and zero leaders! Unrealistic expectations and lots of promises to change things with zero results! The DON runs by authoritarian style, and is not very well liked by staff. High turnover, and it’s no wonder why.
