Cons

-Unreliable management. Has favoritism. -No proper orientation. Lets you discover stuff on your own -Doesn’t allow or indirectly lets you feel that they’re not happy when you call in sick - lets you go to work even when you’re sick

Lacks teamwork. CNAs place Residents safety at risk. Missing employment in specific areas that causes interruptions in getting work completed correctly. Subordination from some CNAs. Nurses overloaded with work causing unexpected overtime. Culture that can contribute to burnout.
