      Pros

      It was a very pleasant facility to work for. I worked for them for 16 years total, 10 of them as the staffing coordinator. I was crossed trying to be able to assist many different departments, this including HR

      Cons

      Near the end of my employment there, they were bought by Sanford Health and a change in management. This transition made it a very uncomfortable place to work with the new administration.

      Pros

      I worked for them for 6 years under a highly stressful job… was good as long as u give everything, like I did. 6 years worth NO vacation time, short of maybe an extra day on the weekend… but NEVER without being on call.

      Cons

      I had no one to cover me to take any time off. They “said” that they had someone for coverage from another site to cover if I needed coverage, but the truth was since day one, someone was supposed to come over to train so I would have coverage… but it never happened. When I got burnt out, they let me go instead of caring about what I was going thru.
