Pros

Nice residents, good Christian mission (although that is changing)

Cons

Administrator does not know much about nor respects nursing Inconsistent values Recently bought out by Sanford- rapidly changing structure Seeks to eliminate all Human Resources in each facility by Jan 2020. Not seeing the logic here.

Great teamwork, very fulfilling working with hospice patients

Cons

Staffing ratio in the inpatient unit is unrealistic when there is not enough staff to allow RN to provide emotional support to patients and families. More time is spent charting and answering phones

It’s a great job, good hours, flexible scheduling.

Cons

If this is your first CNA job then this isn’t the place, most of the CNA’s onlywant to do their shift and not train in any way possible.
