Good place to work, nice, caring people. The vast majority of employees were here for the right reasons, and a common goal in mind.

Cons

They found it difficult being a non-profit based out of state to keep up with regional wages. Before the facility shut down in early 2022, they were having severe problems hiring new staff due to the wage discrepancy when compared to similar for-profit facilities in the area.
