Cons

The worst company I have ever worked for. From the 's phone system to the software are all from 20 plus years ago. They don't tell you that they automatically invest in a 401K regardless of your preference. Then not allowed to remove the money after you find out about being taken from your check without your knowledge. Insurance not eligible until after 90 days. The management well you are better off with 2 year olds running the place. Everyone just does whatever they want whenever. No one makes good decisions in this place. I would not let my family be placed here.

I have been impressed with the ongoing support and training within Good Samaritan Society. Sunset Drive has an awesome team and it's impressive to see how much value and effort is put into giving excellent resident care.

Cons

As in all healthcare agencies and facilities across the US, it's always challenging to find and retain great staff. The sign on bonuses offered by Good Samaritan Society are a testament to how much they believe in the need to maintain staff to resident ratio balances in order to provide the optimum care possible.
