Free health insurance, lunches, etc.

Cons

Constant layoffs left and right. No longterm vision. Lower pay. Undriven people who thrive in conflict. I do not look forward to meetings with teams because some of them just want to argue and fight. They have a chip on their shoulder and do not want to grow. Good for those straight out of college. Anyone with 4+ years stay away. You’ll be stuck

Company has gone from customer focused to supporting big pharma as the main objective it seems. Sort of lost it's way a bit since going public but still doing good things overall for consumers.
