Pros
- Team dependent, but work culture genuinely cares about you and looks out for one another. Encourages you to take time off and has had a week off at the end of the year to recharge annually - Good pay and insurance benefits - Flexible work (2 days in office at the moment)
Cons
- Grew too fast and is dealing with the consequences of that (acquisitions, headcount, etc.) - Constant re-orgs and some departments have too much headcount (that also learn towards more senior titles) that don't produce any return on investment - Can feel like a lot of the same idea being recycled when new people are brought in - Cost cutting over time, you can see it in all aspects of the company - Performance cycles don't feel like they matter and are more team dependent. Titles seem more for show than competency.
