Great team culture. It really does feel like everyone is a family working well together with strong cohesiveness. There are amazing benefits my favorite being unlimited PTO and it actually meaning I can take guilty free time off. The mystery shopper program lets me get my prescriptions absolutely free of cost using the GoodRx app. They really care about you here not just as an employee but as a person.

Cons

Layoffs were tough but the company handled them really well in the sense that they provided a 2 month severance and helped employees in any way they can to find a new job.

this might be depending on what team one is in, there are not many resources to help with the piling work, hiring is not in the books (does not apply for all teams though), they are selectively hiring at this point
