The people in the organization are motivated, smart, humble, and friendly. The CEOs put an emphasis on the well-being of the staff and you can tell it's genuine and not just part of a trend or something for PR.

Cons

Some of the middle tier managers can be less enthusiastic about the well-being of the staff but it's not bad enough to ruin your day.

GoodRx has a great mission, culture, benefits and from and engineering perspective, provides you with numerous opportunities to work with the latest technologies. I've grown my skills immensely over the past few years there.

Cons

I'd like to see GoodRx expand it's position in healthcare beyond just prescriptions. I think the company can help consumers in many more ways
