      Pros

      Good Salary, great team and you get to work with lots of tech/tools to boost your knowledge and resume.

      Cons

      After the layoff the management cut down resources for free coupons (UberEats), team hangout and bonding.

      this might be depending on what team one is in, there are not many resources to help with the piling work, hiring is not in the books (does not apply for all teams though), they are selectively hiring at this point
