Pros

You get to work with intelligent, nice, and competent people. Great perks in office, now things like uber eats credit. Company is doing very well and growing. nthing all the other Pros from the other reviews.

Cons

A dire lack of diversity in upper leadership. A lot of promising female managers have left. A lot of politics to get things done. PIPs and respected employees leaving under mysterious circumstances Overall this is a great place to work. There is a lot of truth in the other negative reviews, but no where is perfect.

Company culture of my dreams

Pros

I got this job with no expectation at all, just needed a place to start since I got notice I was being laid off. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find that this place was a manifestation of everything I'd wanted in a job. Casual work environment, amazing company culture, work sponsored happy hours, catered lunches, and the flexibility to work from home when needed. Unlimited PTO doesnt hurt and it's great that everyone has the opportunity to rub elbows with the CEO's. The company itself is doing something really really good for people...it's not a perfect system by any means but the fact that what we do helps a lot of people makes the bad days a little bit better. I'm also driven by the idea that there is room for growth. I love working here and I hope to continue to grow and develop my career with GoodRx.

Cons

I'm not being paid enough but I'm working on changing that. Certain departments seem to be very isolated from the rest so it takes an extroverted person to truly get to know everyone. I wish there was more emphasis on getting different departments together.

Pros

Nice and helpful company mission

Cons

Used to be a great company to work for. Not really a startup anymore. Now, you’d be better off working for Google or Snap, better comp and equity.

First, let's just be clear - we read these reviews. We read all of them. Because it's one way for us to get to know what's really going on at our company. We'll take feedback in any form, and while I have my issues with Glassdoor, any chance to improve is something we'll jump on. Still, this anonymous review makes me a bit sad. I don't know who you are, but I'll beg this of you - come over to my desk and let's hang out. Talk to me and let me know how we're sucking. I spend most of my waking hours trying to make sure we remain awesome and startup-y. Really. I'm lucky enough to have a co-CEO who's amazing at running the business while I focus on you. Yes, you. I'm wildly insecure, and I feel a huge amount of pressure to make the 8ish hours you give to us every day as good as they can be. I'm constantly flattered that you've given us your time, and we take great pains to make sure we're compensating people not just fairly, but generously. If we're not, let's talk. I want to help, but, sadly, I can't read minds. Yet. I'll work on that. Sorry for the jumble of thoughts. If you take one thing away from this, let it be this - don't give up on us. We want to remain that great company you mention. Help us get there?
