*fantastic flexible work schedule *amazing coworkers *good management from my boss

Cons

*office culture is an Upstairs/Downstairs mentality between the 4th floor (upper management) and lobby where the two worlds do not intersect *upward mobility non-existent, very difficult to gain a full-time position or even higher pay
