Can't say one bad thing

Pros

There is honestly not one bad thing about this program. I was trusted with a lot of responsibilities and always felt like a valued employee. Everybody is so nice from the bottom to the top and want to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Very professional, but also very fun. Amazing.

Cons

The only thing was the smaller stipend, but the experience makes up for that. I also believe since I finished, the compensation has changed.

Passionate people, always food in the kitchen, enjoyable and challenging work, getting to engage with the Chicago community

The nonprofit salary range is kind of unfortunate

Pros

Free tickets to shows. The staff is great. For some departments, there is a great work life balance, for others, not so much. The Goodman name will help in the theatre industry. Goodman is well established.

Cons

Very Political., no room for growth, heavy atmosphere. Very Patriarchal atmosphere. Lack of training, and at times, your youth is used against you. They know that if you leave, another will quickly replace you.
