Pros

Most of the clients are great.

Cons

poor pay, management is not willing to work with staff on scheduling conflicts, not diverse, there is double standards for what clients and staff get in services, a lot of scheming by the mid level management. They do not have the best interest of the clients in mind, only the interest of their personal pocketbooks.
