Pros

Clocking out and going home

Cons

The store is so Filthy, especially the warehouse. Dust and mold everywhere. Burnout, stressful, demanding, inconsistencies, micromanagement, toxic environment, terrible, lazy managers, overworked, soul crushing, mental/physical health constantly disregarded, workers are miserable, some brown nose too much for me

Pros

The benefits are great. Instead of 25cent raise you get a dollar.

Cons

The boss will make other employees spy on you. Once you start doing everything then everyone else wants to slack off and let you do it. However, when you are having the worst day or are just really tired of doing it all then, everyone will talk crap about you and say you’re lazy or you never help out. The boss has favorites, and if you have not worked there more than 2 years then you are not one of them.

Pros

Management isn't constantly on your back

Cons

Only higher people with disabilities or over 55 for government kickbacks. So all manager roles are over worked due to lack of Labor workers
