Pros

I loved the regulars. I loved cashiering and talking to the costumers. I also enjoyed so very much being apart of a team.

Cons

I really don't have cons minus one and that would be impatient costumers

Pros

Diversity in job assignments. Problem solving at pos. Customer interaction in four languages. High volume in sales averaging two-thousand dollars a day as a cashier when averages price of items range .50 to 4.99.

Cons

Price switching and theft are issues that not only plague management but also sales associates who must rationalized the price of an item. Since inventory is based on donations there is price inconsistency .
