Management is constantly changing, meaning one month you will be working for an easygoing manager that lets you work in peace, and the next will interrogate you about how many times a day you go to the bathroom. At time of writing, the current managers are rather strict and do not allow anybody to sit while on the clock for any reason. Glaring issues are frequently ignored in favor of profit; there have been issues with items being improperly (and unsafely) packaged and sent to my current store for processing since I started working, which was before the store's grand opening over three years ago.
