Flexible schedule when you have kids. The pay is not bad for what you do. It's a very easy job. You get benefits if you are full time.

Helping mentally challenged/disabled people learn valuable training skills

Cons

Terrible pay, a lot of theft, no chance for advancement, working in the donation area without heat or air, constantly increasing prices for donations they get for free...yet no raise after one year
