Pros

The mission is to be commended. Organization does a tremendous amount of good in the community. Salaries are competitive and benefits are good.

Cons

While the organization encourages growth and innovation, Change often happens slowly.

Pros

stands behind mission to help community, everybody very friendly,

Cons

long hours, stores are filthy- people running goodwill think just because it's a thrift store they don't have to be clean (?), no set schedule, poor hiring and not being honest in interviewing (see below) leads to high turn-over, all stores run however the mgr feels- no price structure- made customers upset and confused

Pros

The bond you forn with people you work with because you have to have there support, because everyone felt the same, but scared to say anything, for fear of retaliation.

Cons

The Company does Not follow their core Values or Mission Statement. Store Managers are abusive in front of customers towards employees and when this is reported you are now a target for fire. All inclusive is a management club ONLY.
