There's a lot of work that has to de done, you have to unload all the donations, price the donation and sort them properly in the right order, move gaylords and stack them, answer the phone, lift heavy items and load them for costumers, and help the textile employees. Not worth the pay.

Of course the pay is bad with minimum wage. It's a lot of physical work constantly being on your feet all day even if it is just retail bumping up the pay to at least 1.50 -2.00 $ more should suffice.
