Pros

You find cool donations I guess.

Cons

Management expects employees to work like robots. They use scare tactics if you don't reach goal, they count every second you aren't in your chair (including when you need to use the bathroom) They time you and watch your numbers. Lots of micromanaging, and when they see you doing good with your work, they pile on extra work on you. Pizza parties to show their employee "appreciation" while they get bonuses for sitting around at their desk or looking over everyone's shoulders when they can barely(or know) how to do the ridiculous amount of work they force onto employees.

You don’t have to deal with customers directly

Cons

Crabs in the barrel mentality. Terrible communication terrible motivation, no clear direction not about the employees head. There always will be a cap off, but will be lied to about receiving increases or pay or even bonuses unlike the store settings that receive bonuses.
