Pros

Employee discount is ok, though you cant shop your home store.

Cons

ZERO work-life balance as they keep salaried employees as late as they please and then continue on endless text chains about work at all hours of life. Never get to do the job you're hired to do as every day youre doing the jobs of every one else who called out/didnt show/was fired or whatever that days disaster was. And the main job was to micromanage an entire crew of employees who didn't want to be there to hit arbitrary quotas. Constant talk of a 6 day work week. Store hours that change with little notice. Went home frustrated every day.
