Pros
As someone who does not mind a more physical job, I did not mind this aspect. Starting pay was also decent.
Cons
There were moments where I feel like favoritism amongst what job title you had, though the managers were not too bad. My biggest gripe though was when we were not given the tools/items needed to complete our job on occasion (ex: pallets and boxes to sort donations); then donations would be everywhere and piled up,
