Worse management ever..

Pros

If u like the same routine and not advancing with in the company then this is the job for you. Also, if you're not the type of person who wants overtime again just apply for any position with this company.

Cons

Management expects you to do your job description and their own. They do not like giving any king of raise even if you deserve it. The work environment is very clicky, so being the new guy isn't easy at all. They expect you to give ur all but don't expect anything back. Also, management will not give the little guy credit instead they take full responsibility of anyone's good work or ideas that help out the company.
