      A forward-thinking company, dynamic, on their toes all the time. Growing, improving, expanding, improving. Always there for their clients, candidates and partners.

      Cons

      This company is not for those who like things stagnant.

      Supportive environment with training and accountability

      Pros

      I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. I also love that we have a support team from accounting, IT, HR, and regional directors to keep focused on the task at hand, which is connecting with people.

      Cons

      It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.
