Pros

Goodwin offers impeccable extensive support to every team member and they work very diligently to make sure that you succeed. I worked in operations for 22 years previously and I am only sorry that I did not make the move years ago. The culture is second-to-none and the ability to make a great living is there for every partner as long as you are willing to put in the effort.

Cons

It is 100% commission but there is no upfront cost or recurring costs to work as a partner with them.

The ability to create your own schedule, be present for familyN/A, and still be successful is amazing. We are a company that is passionate about teamwork and stand strongly behind our values. If you need anything at any time there is always someone willing to reach out and offer support and guidance.

Cons

If you are someone that needs accountability this may not be for you. You need to be disciplined. If you are self-motivated and driven there are no cons
