The number one benefit of working for Goodwin is the support that is in place for you to use to be successful. I have never experienced as much support in any role.

Cons

It is a 100% commission role.

Strong company culture with a focus on diversity and inclusion. You work remotely without feeling isolated - lots of video conferencing and team engagement. Forward-thinking leadership team, always looking to help everyone find success.

Cons

Not really a con as it's discussed before coming on board, but there is a ramp-up period for recruiters to get rolling with placements. If you put in the work, you'll see great results. And the leadership and extensive support team work to help everyone reach their earning goals as quickly as possible.
