work set-up still hybrid and not strict with working schedule

Cons

managers: some are bully especially if they feel threaten and if you not agree with them. if managers don't like you, you will experience power tripping and humiliation pay: not really high, not enough benefits too many workloads no strategic goals or plans. some managers do not know the process and give too many works
