Pros

Joined post covid so did not get to experiance the full "Google" culture you see on TV. By far grew the most and learned the most in my career. If you're someone who excels in fast paced environments with zero to little instruction with the ability to build from scratch you will be in heaven.

Cons

Like any other major Tech company there are growing pains and with that came with the redirection from overhiring. A lot of emphasis on performance and a lot of "sucking up" to management in order to move up and progress upwards.
