Great benefits. You may get to work on cutting edge tech. Coworkers are good.

Cons

Internal movements are as difficult as external hires. Growth / Promotions are slow. Even if you stagnate in your role with no promotions, usually salary keeps on growing for a longer duration (as opposed to other companies where after a point salary hikes stop).
