Nice benefits and work environments. Probably the best culture for people in machine learning, where everyone is valued and taken great care of. People don't tend to stay after dinner but anyone can work from anywhere, so if you are motivated then you can definitely do that! There are wonderful training programs that extend one's skill beyond just technical expertise. My team is very chill and people refrain from putting pressure on others. Employees can also form their own diversity groups to support each other.

Cons

Diversity is a little lacking, but still good. The hiring process still depends a lot on networking, also a little on gender...
