      The London and possibly other european branches have been forcing recently promoted employees to agree to 3 month notice period clauses as a condition for promotion. Mostly to stifle competition but this puts visa holders in a tough place. Very Political and too much redundancy since the merger with legacy Google Brain CEO more interested in attending fancy dinners externally than engage deeply within company. High attrition since the last two years. Toxic culture in some of the Gemini teams Majorly mishandled sexual misconduct allegations
