Working at DeepMind is an absolute privilege, being able to work amongst kind and inspiring people day to day is a huge motivator

Cons

The work is fast paced which I personally enjoy, but can see where this may not be to everyone's preference.

Lots of benefits, very deep pockets for budgets, lots of scope to make teh role your own

Cons

They can get in their own way sometimes by over or under engineering change quite easily. The company needs to be stronger in alginign how they use their values to unite a collective mindset into their culture and behaviours.
