      Pros

      One of the best place to work in. Perks are in general excellent and give to the worker a lot of independence and trust. Management is great, and there is plenty of grow opportunities all over the world

      Cons

      It is difficult to see cons in this company, only maybe that if you are not careful enough your work/life balance can quickly became off balance.
