Pros

Unique place to learn. Smart and friendly colleagues. Forefront of technology development.

Cons

It's a large company now, and that shows. It's harder to have an impact on the overall business, you're a small cog in the machine. Lots of corporate politics. The culture that made the company unique is evaporating.

Pros

Company has great perks and lots of incredible technology and tools. Cool horizontal and impactful problems to solves (especially in SRE)

Cons

Hard to not feel like a cog in a big organisation. Corporate culture different from the techy startup the company used to be. Leadership out of touch with employees. Layoffs.
