Peers were awesome, benefits are incredible, company continues to grow, invaluable experience managing a team and building strategy at scale; management ranges from incredible to meh
Cons
Really difficult to performance manage low performers out; promotions going from 5 - 6 or 6 - 7 are nearly impossible to come by (politics required to get there); continued strain on resources / doing more with less; new (in the last 2 years) GRAD process is insane and requires so much more manager effort with no additional impact
